A CSCS is a professional who applies scientific knowledge to train athletes for the goal of improving performance. They conduct sport-specific testing, design and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs, and provide guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention.The training gets deeper with strengthening other parts of the athletes’ bodies which are involved in the mechanics of his/her sport. Zack trains athletes in all types of sports at all levels. He is mobile and works with athletes wherever needed; he provides the needed equipment.
